SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment verification and inventory confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only (5 to 7 business days) and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Freight Shipments
Large items such as engines, transmissions, axles, body parts, wheels, and other oversized components may be shipped via freight carriers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address can safely accept freight deliveries and that any required unloading arrangements are available at the time of delivery.
Inspection upon Delivery
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Any shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within two (2) business days of delivery and must include photographs of:
- The part received
- Shipping packaging
- Shipping labels
- Any visible damage
Failure to report shipping-related issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, commercial deliveries, liftgate service, residential freight service, re-delivery requests, address corrections, or special handling requirements.
Undeliverable Shipments
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or customer unavailability may be subject to return freight charges, storage fees, and restocking fees.
