Warranty Policy

TURBO AUTO SALVAGE – 30 DAY MONEY-BACK WARRANTY

General Warranty Terms

Turbo Auto Salvage is committed to providing quality recycled OEM auto parts and excellent customer service. Unless otherwise stated, all eligible parts are backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Warranty, beginning on the date the part is delivered.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies solely to the specific part listed on the original invoice. The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the part has been altered, modified, disassembled, misused, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Parts

Customers are responsible for inspecting all parts immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, you must notify the Turbo Auto Salvage Customer Service Department in writing within two (2) business days of delivery. Notification must be submitted by email and include:

• A detailed explanation of the damage or issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect part received.
• A copy of the original invoice or order information.

  Failure to report damaged or incorrect parts within the required two (2) business day          period may result in the denial of a claim, replacement, or refund.

Telephone notifications alone will not be accepted as formal notice of a claim.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The original invoice must be presented.
• The part must remain in its original condition and must not be altered, modified,                disassembled, or damaged after delivery.
• Parts must be properly installed by a qualified technician or certified repair facility.
• Turbo Auto Salvage may request installation records, diagnostic reports, photographs, or    other supporting documentation when evaluating a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

If a covered part is found to be defective within the warranty period:

1. Turbo Auto Salvage may, at its discretion:
o Replace the part with a comparable part; or
o Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
2. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the part only.
3. Labor costs, installation charges, towing expenses, vehicle rental fees, storage fees,             diagnostic charges, loss of use, downtime, or any consequential damages are not                 covered under any circumstances.

Returns

• Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Parts approved for return must be returned in the same condition in which they were          received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by            Turbo Auto Salvage.
• Returns for reasons unrelated to product defects may be subject to a restocking fee of        up to 25%.

Shipping Damage

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report shipping-related issues within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Neglect or misuse
• Racing or competition use
• Commercial or off-road use
• Accidents or collisions
• Overheating
• Lack of lubrication
• Low or contaminated fluid levels
• Improper maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Turbo Auto Salvage is not responsible for customer ordering errors or incorrect vehicle information provided during the ordering process.

Engine Warranty Coverage

Engines are covered for 30 days against defects in the long block assembly, including:

• Engine block
• Cylinder heads
• Pistons
• Crankshaft
• Camshaft
• Connecting rods
• Internal lubricated components

Exclusions

The following items are not covered under engine warranty:

• Sensors
• Wiring harnesses
• Belts
• Hoses
• Gaskets
• Seals
• Water pumps
• Fuel system components
• Turbochargers
• Injectors
• Intake and exhaust manifolds
• Accessories attached to the engine

Installation Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

• Replace all necessary seals and gaskets before installation.
• Verify proper cooling system operation.
• Use manufacturer-recommended fluids and lubricants.
• Maintain proper oil and coolant levels.

Any engine that has been dismantled without prior authorization from Turbo Auto Salvage will void warranty coverage.

Transmission Warranty

Coverage

Transmissions are covered for 30 days against internal mechanical failure of the following:

• Gears
• Bearings
• Internal transmission components

Installation Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

• Replace all seals and gaskets before installation.
• Flush transmission cooler lines and cooling system.
• Install new transmission fluid and filter.
• Ensure proper shifter adjustment.
• Verify correct torque converter installation.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation
• Contaminated fluid
• Low fluid levels
• Failure to service cooling lines
• Failure to replace filters and seals

 

Electrical Parts Warranty

Electrical components sold by Turbo Auto Salvage are covered by the same 30-Day Money-Back Warranty.

This includes items such as:

• Engine control modules (ECM/PCM)
• Body control modules (BCM)
• ABS modules
• Instrument clusters
• Switches
• Sensors
• Other electronic components

Some electronic components may require programming, coding, or calibration by a qualified repair facility. Failure to perform required programming does not constitute a defective part.

Turbo Auto Salvage may require proof of programming attempts and diagnostic documentation before approving a warranty claim.


 

Suspension, Steering & Drivetrain Components

Axles, differentials, steering racks, suspension assemblies, and drivetrain components are covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Warranty against defects in the primary assembly.

Wear items such as:

• Bushings
• Ball joints
• Bearings
• Rubber boots
• CV boots

are not guaranteed due to their normal wear characteristics unless specifically stated otherwise.


 

Body Parts Policy (Sold As-Is)

All body parts are sold strictly AS-IS.

Examples include:

• Doors
• Hoods
• Fenders
• Bumpers
• Tailgates
• Trunk lids
• Quarter panels
• Header panels
• Mirrors
• Grilles
• Sheet metal components

Important

Before shipment, Turbo Auto Salvage will provide photographs of the body part when requested or when applicable.

Once the customer reviews and approves the condition shown in the photographs, the sale becomes final.

Body parts are not covered by any warranty, return policy, exchange policy, or money-back guarantee after customer approval.

Additional Body Part Conditions

• Paint condition is not guaranteed.
• Color matching is not guaranteed.
• Normal wear, scratches, dents, chips, fading, and cosmetic imperfections should be expected on used body parts.
• Attached accessories such as handles, hinges, trim pieces, glass, regulators, lights, emblems, sensors, or other hardware may not be included unless specifically stated.

 

Wheel & Rim Policy (Sold As-Is)

All wheels and rims are sold AS-IS and are excluded from the 30-Day Money-Back Warranty.

Customers are encouraged to review all photographs provided prior to purchase. Once the customer approves the condition of the wheel or rim, the sale is final.

Used wheels and rims may show normal wear, including scratches, scuffs, curb rash, paint chips, fading, oxidation, or other cosmetic imperfections. Color and finish matching are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for verifying proper size, bolt pattern, offset, and vehicle fitment before purchase. Turbo Auto Salvage is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.

Center caps, TPMS sensors, lug nuts, valve stems, and other accessories are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the invoice.

Limitation of Liability

Turbo Auto Salvage's liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the part sold.

Under no circumstances shall Turbo Auto Salvage be responsible for:

• Labor charges
• Diagnostic fees
• Towing costs
• Storage fees
• Rental vehicles
• Loss of income
• Loss of vehicle use
• Incidental or consequential damages

By purchasing from Turbo Auto Salvage, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these warranty terms and conditions.
