REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Turbo Auto Salvage and only after inspection and approval of the returned part.
Refunds may be approved when:
- A replacement part is unavailable.
- The incorrect part was shipped by Turbo Auto Salvage.
- A verified warranty claim has been approved.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the part only.
The following are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- Freight charges
- Handling fees
- Labor costs
- Diagnostic fees
- Storage fees
- Towing charges
- Rental vehicle expenses
- Any incidental or consequential damages
Restocking Fees
Returns that are approved for reasons unrelated to a defect, warranty issue, or shipping error may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Turbo Auto Salvage and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to retain merchandise while obtaining a refund may be reported to the payment processor, financial institution, collections agencies, and appropriate authorities.
