Cancellation Policies

Order Cancellation

All orders placed with Turbo Auto Salvage are subject to immediate processing upon payment confirmation.

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed, packed, sourced, or shipped. However, submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

Cancellation Fees

Orders canceled after payment has been processed may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total order value.
Orders that have already been sourced, prepared, packed, or assigned for shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total order value.
Special-order, custom-order, body parts, wheels, rims, and electronic components may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Any approved return after shipment will be subject to the terms outlined in Turbo Auto Salvage's Return & Exchange Policy, including shipping costs, restocking fees, and inspection requirements.

Fraud Prevention

Turbo Auto Salvage reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inaccurate customer information, or failure to complete requested verification procedures.
