RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Turbo Auto Salvage.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return consideration:

  • The return request must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
  • The part must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The original identifying marks, labels, and inventory tags must remain intact.
  • The part must not be altered, disassembled, modified, damaged, painted, or installed improperly.

Turbo Auto Salvage reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any exchange, credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless shipped incorrectly by Turbo Auto Salvage:

  • Body parts
  • Wheels and rims
  • Glass
  • Special-order items
  • Custom-order items
  • Parts approved through customer photographs
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Exchanges

When available, Turbo Auto Salvage may offer a replacement part in lieu of a refund.

Replacement inventory availability is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Turbo Auto Salvage in writing.
